Choosing useful capacity
What should we know before choosing a plan?
Understand the academy subscription, the people counted and the allowances behind the comparison.
Is the subscription for each campus or the whole academy?
One subscription covers the academy or organisation. Each plan includes a number of active campuses alongside its people, shared storage and email allowances.
Which accounts count as administrators?
The administrator count covers non-deleted staff accounts, including Founder, HQ and finance accounts. Pending, unexpired staff invitations are also considered when checking whether another staff member can be admitted.
How are email allowances counted?
Paid allowances are shared by the academy and counted per accepted recipient. They reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC, with no rollover. The trial has a separate lifetime allowance of 15 recipient sends. See the Billing Terms for included categories and exceptions.
Can we change plans as the school grows?
Upgrades take effect immediately with the prorated amount displayed by Stripe. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The Billing Terms describe the applicable limits and refund conditions.
Can we discuss a different capacity?
Yes. Use the contact page to describe your school’s people, campuses, storage and communication requirements so the appropriate capacity can be discussed.
