Can I oversee several campuses from the same school account?
AcademySystem supports multi-campus school administration, subject to the school’s enabled configuration and plan. The leadership overview can bring active campus information together and provide a view of the selected campus context.
Can I delegate work without sharing my account?
Yes. Invite the relevant people and assign appropriate roles, permissions and campus relationships. Reporting work also uses its own preparation, review and publication assignments, keeping the person responsible connected to the action.
How is the Founder account protected?
Founder ownership and full-access role settings are protected. Ordinary staff account management cannot transfer ownership by assigning a person the Founder role.
Where do I follow finances and shared school resources?
Use the connected finance dashboards and underlying invoice, payment and student-account records. Storage settings show shared capacity and personal allowances. Subscription management follows the account’s explicit billing authority.
