Sharing the right resource edition

A course file becomes a learning resource through explicit publication. Eligible students see the published edition when its availability window is open and the file is available.
The newer file version stays in preparation until it is published again. The available published edition remains the student’s resource in the meantime, and authorised staff can return to earlier published editions.
Yes. Place a published material in a course module alongside lessons, assignments and quizzes. Students can also find available resources through the course materials view.
Completed-course access retains a read-only record of the material editions available at the course completion cutoff. This keeps later resource changes from replacing the edition retained for that completed course.
