How does a guardian’s access work?

Can one parent access more than one child?
Yes. A guardian can have several verified child links and switch between them. The permissions and campus scope are checked separately for each link.
Can different guardians have different permissions?
Yes. Information categories are assigned to each child link, so the school can grant different access according to the verified relationship.
Can parents see draft marks or unfinished reports?
Parents see published learning, released results and published reports when their link and role permissions allow it. Staff drafts and unfinished report preparation remain private.
Can access have an end date or be revoked?
Yes. Authorised staff can set an access end date, update permitted categories or revoke the link as the verified relationship changes.
