Understanding recorded hours

What counts towards a teacher’s hours?

Find out how completed sessions, corrections and the school timezone shape the attendance record.

Are open sessions included in completed hours?

No. The completed-hours total uses closed sessions. Open sessions remain visible so they can be reviewed and closed appropriately.

Can an administrator correct a missed clock-out?

Yes, with attendance permissions for the relevant campus. The edit workflow supports clock-in and clock-out times, status and remarks, with a note explaining the adjustment.

Which timezone do teachers see?

Attendance times follow the organisation’s timezone and time-format settings, giving the school a consistent reference for its records.

Can we export a teacher’s attendance for a date range?

Yes. Authorised administrators can filter by teacher and dates, then export the matching records to CSV. Recorded hours can support your own payroll preparation process.
