Timetables &
recurring classes

Give every school day a clear plan.

Bring courses, teachers, times and places together. Plan individual classes or a weekly series, then keep the details easy for your team to follow.

The details that make the day work

A useful view of every class.

See the schedule your way

Use the calendar or a date-range list to follow classes, teachers, locations and times.

Build a weekly rhythm

Create a single session or repeat it weekly through an end date. Preview the generated dates before creating them.

Check for clashes

Identify overlapping teacher or classroom bookings before saving the proposed timetable.

Keep changes manageable

Update one selected class or apply supported details to matching sessions in the series.

Support different delivery methods

Choose in-person, online or hybrid delivery, with a classroom and external meeting link where appropriate.

Connect to the class itself

Open class details, attendance and linked learning from the schedule. Published recording links stay with the relevant session.

A change of plan, handled clearly

Update one session.
Or keep the series in step.

Open a scheduled class to review its teacher, delivery method, classroom, date and notes. Choose how widely a change should apply.

  • Adjust the selected session’s date and time.
  • Apply supported fields to the matching sessions when the wider series needs updating.
  • Keep the course, campus and session status visible while you work.

Building the school week

Plan the routine. Handle the changes.

Find out how recurring classes, clash checks and individual session changes fit into your timetable.

Can we create a weekly class series?

Yes. Choose the first date, time and repeat-until date, then preview the generated sessions before creating the series.

Will the system check for timetable clashes?

It checks for overlapping teacher and classroom bookings. Teacher conflicts are checked across the organisation; room conflicts are checked within the relevant branch.

Can we change one class without changing the whole series?

Yes. Edit only the selected class, or apply the supported time, teacher, delivery, meeting link, room and notes fields to its matching sessions. The series option does not shift every session’s date.

Can we cancel a class and keep its records?

Yes. Classes with linked attendance or learning history are cancelled so those records are retained.
