Understanding verified family access

What can each guardian see and do?

Understand child links, information grants and the publication steps behind the family view.

Can one parent follow more than one child?

Yes. A parent account can have several verified child links and switch between them. The school checks the relationship, access dates and granted information separately for each child.

Can different guardians have different information access?

Yes. The school grants information categories to each verified child link. Schedule, learning, released results, attendance and billing access can differ according to that relationship and the account’s permissions.

Can parents see unpublished lessons or marking drafts?

The family view uses available published learning and released results. Teachers’ private preparation and unfinished marking remain within the staff workflow.

Can a parent submit the child’s schoolwork through this view?

Learning and results are read-only in the guardian view. Students use their own account to submit assignments, take quizzes and record their own learning completion.

When are academic reports and certificates available?

The school must issue the report or certificate and enable the corresponding family-reader permission. Access also requires the verified child relationship and the appropriate results grant.
