Accept a parent invitation
Who can use this: Invited parents and guardians.
Before you start
Use your own account. Parent access requires a verified guardian relationship, an accepted invitation, the relevant category grants and an eligible child context.
Accept a parent invitation
- Open the invitation sent to your email address.
- Follow the page’s account and identity instructions.
- Check the academy and child information, then select Accept invitation.
- Sign in and open My children.
What happens next
A valid acceptance activates the permitted child relationship.
Troubleshooting
An invitation can expire or lock after failed acceptance attempts. Ask academy staff to review its status and resend when needed.
