- Open the relevant calendar, date and registration session.
- Expand Cancel or reopen this school registration, choose the available action and record the reason.
- After reopening, capture a fresh reviewed roster and mark the session again.
What happens next
Cancellation excludes the slot from attendance while preserving previous marks in audit history.
Troubleshooting
Reopening does not automatically restore a ready-to-use marked register. Review the fresh roster and marks. Archive an obsolete calendar through its settings rather than cancelling unrelated individual sessions.
