Before you start

Use the email address registered with your academy. Your available pages depend on your account and access.

Change your account name, email or password

Where to go: Profile, or Account for students

1. Open the relevant section for your name, email or password.
2. Enter the requested current and new details.
3. Select the update button for that section.
4. Confirm a new email using the message sent to that address, and sign in again if required.

What happens next

The account updates after the required validation and confirmation.

Troubleshooting

Some account names are managed by the academy and appear read-only. Official student details are maintained separately from login details.
