Before you start
Workflow policy controls who may approve prepared content. Permissions, campus scope and dated reporting duties still apply.
Choose reviewed or teacher-led reporting
- Choose the appropriate workflow definition and activate the reviewed version.
- Use a reviewed workflow when another authorized person must approve prepared content. Use teacher-led only when the school allows authorized preparers to approve their own work.
- Select that workflow for the cycle and assign its reviewer and publisher duties explicitly.
What happens next
Approval follows the selected policy without giving teachers unrelated administrator access.
Troubleshooting
A teacher-led workflow does not by itself grant approval or publication permission. A reviewed workflow can use another authorized teacher; the reviewer does not have to be an administrator.
