Before you start
Use the email address registered with your academy. Your available pages depend on your account and access.
Reset a forgotten password
- Enter your registered email and select Reset password.
- Open the password recovery message in your mailbox.
- Follow its link and enter the new password on Reset password.
- Sign in again with the new password.
What happens next
A valid reset updates the password.
Troubleshooting
Use a fresh reset link if the previous link is unavailable. Do not send your password or reset link to another person.
