Who can use this: Authorized academy administrators; account owners for subscription actions.
Before you start
Only change the settings within your role. Subscription billing is separate from student fee collection.
Replace or remove a portal domain and change login appearance
- Review the active domain before adding a replacement.
- Use the replacement controls and follow the displayed verification stages; review the active portal while replacement setup runs.
- To change branding, enter welcome text and optionally upload a supported logo, then select Save appearance.
- To remove a domain, read and confirm its specific removal action.
What happens next
The supported domain or login appearance update is applied.
Troubleshooting
Welcome text is plain text. Logo uploads accept PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB and count toward organization storage.
