Before you start
Portal publication and email delivery are separate. Use the portal to check whether a report has actually been released.
Understand report notifications and missing emails
- Open Notifications or follow the secure report link in the notification you received.
- Sign in with the eligible student or parent account and open the report in the portal.
- Check your notification and email preferences if you want email notices, including any quiet-time settings.
What happens next
Eligible recipients receive access through their authenticated portal; notifications direct them to it.
Troubleshooting
Report emails do not include grades or PDF attachments. A delayed or missing email does not mean publication failed. If the portal denies access, ask the academy to check publication, current relationship grants and reporting settings.
