Who can use this: Students, parents with attendance access, teachers and authorized attendance staff.
Before you start
Student attendance is recorded against a real scheduled session. Teacher clock-in records working time separately.
Understand attendance percentages
- Choose the date period you want to review.
- Read Present, Late, Absent and Excused counts alongside the percentage.
- Compare the marked records in that same date range.
What happens next
The student summary is understood against its marked-record basis.
Troubleshooting
The student percentage is (Present + Late) / (Present + Late + Absent). Excused is visible but excluded from the denominator; Unmarked and cancelled sessions are excluded. No countable sessions shows a dash. This is not a claim that every expected lesson was marked.
