- For a private form, sign in and open My forms. For a public form, use the supplied share link.
- Complete visible required questions and attach permitted files if requested.
- Review your answers and select the submission button.
- Follow email verification instructions for student registration forms.
What happens next
The page confirms an accepted response or explains what needs correction.
Troubleshooting
A form may be closed, outside its availability window or unavailable to your course context. A submission confirmation alone does not mean registration verification and student creation have finished.
