Who can use this: Staff with scheduling access; teachers within their permitted teaching scope.
Before you start
Have an active offering, an assigned active teacher and a suitable room for physical classes. Check the academy timezone.
Cancel or delete a class
- Open the exact class and review its date and recurring scope.
- Use Cancel Schedule for a class that will not happen but must remain in history.
- Use Delete Schedule only when the page permits deletion of an unused session.
- Read the confirmation and verify the affected sessions.
What happens next
The selected permitted cancellation or deletion is applied.
Troubleshooting
Linked attendance, teacher attendance or learning history can block deletion. Select a recurring action only after checking which matching sessions it includes.
