Change, expire or revoke guardian access
Who can use this: Authorized parent access administrators.
Before you start
Use your own account. Parent access requires a verified guardian relationship, an accepted invitation, the relevant category grants and an eligible child context.
Change, expire or revoke guardian access
- Review the parent, student and scope.
- Update category grants, verification record and Access through date as appropriate.
- Confirm authority for expanded grants and select Save grants.
- Use Resend invitation for an eligible pending link or Revoke access to end the relationship.
What happens next
The selected guardian link receives the permitted access update.
Troubleshooting
Dates use academy time. A grant on one link is not combined with grants on another link. Revocation should use the original relationship, including when the student has left that branch.
