Before you start
Written responses need teacher marking. Score release and releasing answers or explanations are separate actions.
Mark quiz responses and release scores
- Open the quiz marking page and select the student attempt.
- Review all answers, complete the required marks and feedback, and save the marking draft.
- Release the complete saved review when ready. Use the quiz overview’s selected-review release only for reviews you have checked.
What happens next
Students see the released result while unreleased marking drafts remain private.
Troubleshooting
Automatic release requires an eligible objective quiz and completed processing. Administrative finishing can hold automatic release for review. Check the attempt status and incomplete written marking before retrying.
