Invite staff and inspect academy accounts
Who can use this: Founders, HQ administrators and other accounts with permitted academy-wide administration.
Before you start
Role permissions and data scope work together. Teacher and student branch access follows their domain assignments rather than ordinary staff branch checkboxes.
Invite staff and inspect academy accounts
- Search current academy accounts and invitation history first.
- Enter the staff member’s name, email and an eligible role.
- Select assigned branches when the role needs them.
- Select Send invitation and review its status.
What happens next
The staff member receives an activation path if the invitation is valid and delivery succeeds.
Troubleshooting
Use student and teacher workflows for those identities. An existing email or insufficient administrative authority can prevent an invitation.
