Before you start
Role permissions and data scope work together. Teacher and student branch access follows their domain assignments rather than ordinary staff branch checkboxes.
Recover incomplete campus settings
- Have a Founder or HQ Admin review the proposed recovery.
- Check the detected branch records, intended mode and primary campus.
- Select Apply this recovery only when the displayed proposal is correct.
- Reload and check the academy context.
What happens next
A supported recovery reconciles the campus settings.
Troubleshooting
Recovery does not create, delete or reactivate campuses or remove a permanent multiple-branch commitment. Cases the page cannot repair require support.
