Prepare or retry a private report PDF
Who can use this: Assigned reporting staff with the relevant permissions.
Before you start
You need report export permission and an eligible approved complete edition. Private document preparation is separate from publication.
Prepare or retry a private report PDF
- Open the edition in Complete reports and select Prepare private PDF / retry.
- Wait for document processing, then refresh the edition to check its state.
- When ready, open the private PDF and review it before selecting the edition for publication.
What happens next
The report has a private PDF that can be included in a reviewed release.
Troubleshooting
A queued or failed PDF is not ready for publication. Reporting operations shows recent document issues but is not proof of worker health. Record the document job details for support if retries continue to fail.
