Before you start
The academy must have marked the course assignment Completed. Dropped assignments do not create the same learning archive.
Read learning from a completed course
- Open My learning and select the completed course available to your account.
- Read the retained module outline, published lessons and materials available at the recorded course completion cutoff.
- Use your retained assessment records to review your own work where those records remain available.
What happens next
Completed-course learning is read-only and reflects the content retained for your completion date.
Troubleshooting
Later publications do not automatically enter the completed-course archive. Completing a course does not reopen assignments or quiz attempts. Ask the academy to check an incorrect completion date or status.
