Before you start
Have an active offering, an assigned active teacher and a suitable room for physical classes. Check the academy timezone.
Find classes in the timetable
- Use the timetable view or open Schedule List.
- Choose the date range and search terms.
- Apply filters, then open the class you need.
- Check its course, teacher, delivery method, classroom and status.
What happens next
You can locate a scheduled class in the selected scope.
Troubleshooting
A cancelled class remains part of history. A missing class can result from dates, branch scope or ended teaching access.
