Before you start
Choose the form’s ownership and audience carefully. General form responses and verified student registration are different workflows.
Create students through verified registration forms
- Choose Create a student after email verification.
- Map the required student details and email to questions and select the registration branch when requested.
- Review the form and publish using an account with student management authority.
- Respondents submit, verify their email and follow the supplied password instructions.
What happens next
An eligible verified registration can create the student and school or branch enrolment.
Troubleshooting
It does not automatically enrol the student in a course, issue fees or record payments. Existing identities and capacity problems must be reviewed instead of overwritten.
