Read your child’s reports, certificates and results
Who can use this: Parents and guardians.
Before you start
Use your own parent account with a current accepted and verified child relationship. Results access and the relevant portal permissions must be granted.
Read your child’s reports, certificates and results
- Open My children and select the child.
- Open Child reports to read published report editions, or Child certificates and results for issued certificates and verified external results.
- Open the available document and check the child and edition. Repeat the child selection when switching children.
What happens next
The portal shows the academic records currently released and permitted for that child.
Troubleshooting
Payment status does not determine report eligibility. A missing result can be unpublished, withdrawn, unverified or outside the relationship’s Results grant. Ask the academy to check the relationship and permission rather than sharing the child’s password.
