Before you start
Use your own student account. School certificates must be issued and ready; external results must be verified.
Read your certificates and external results
- Open My certificates and results.
- Select the certificate or external result and read its school or awarding-body details.
- Open the available issued document and check any replacement or revocation information.
What happens next
You can review the awards and verified external results released to you.
Troubleshooting
A draft certificate, unverified result or pending PDF may not appear. A revoked or voided record is no longer available for ordinary family access. Contact the school about missing or incorrect information.
