Update academy identity and contact details
Who can use this: Authorized academy administrators; account owners for subscription actions.
Before you start
Only change the settings within your role. Subscription billing is separate from student fee collection.
Update academy identity and contact details
- Open Organisation Name or Organisation Contact Details.
- Enter the name, phone, email and address as applicable.
- Use the save button for the section you changed.
- Recheck the saved values.
What happens next
The academy identity or contact settings are updated.
Troubleshooting
Separate sections save independently. A contact email is not automatically the same as every user’s login email.
