Only change the settings within your role. Subscription billing is separate from student fee collection.
Control student profile editing and student messaging
- Choose which supported contact fields students may edit.
- Review the options for student group conversations by shared course offering or tags.
- Save each changed section.
- Confirm the intended role permissions also allow the feature.
What happens next
The academy’s supported self-service and student messaging policies are saved.
Troubleshooting
Enabling an academy setting does not grant a missing role permission. Official student identity fields remain staff-managed.
