1. Create the academy’s year levels with their labels and display order.
2. Add cohorts in the correct academic year and campus.
3. Maintain reporting subjects with the requested labels and state.
4. Check each record’s context before using it in placements or mappings.

What happens next

The academic grouping and subject records are ready for their related setup.

Troubleshooting

Year levels and subjects are shared catalogue records where indicated; an academy-wide administrator manages them. A cohort is not automatically a timetabled course.
