- Open Reporting operations and choose the campus.
- Review setup counts, recent document issues and pending or paused releases. Note the relevant cycle, edition or job identifier.
- Open the corresponding preparation, review, document or publication page to investigate. Refresh operations after the change.
What happens next
You can identify where further action is needed without changing report decisions from the overview.
Troubleshooting
Active duty counts may include incomplete coverage or duties outside useful dates. The page does not prove worker health. Ask support to investigate persistent processing failures with the displayed identifiers.
