Before you start
Sign in with your own verified student account. The relevant page must be available to your account; ask the academy to check your student record and access if it is missing.
Read or update your student profile
- Open My profile to review official student details.
- If contact editing is enabled, update address, contact number and emergency contact fields.
- Select Save contact details.
- Use Account for available login email or password changes.
What happens next
Only the permitted self-service details are updated.

Official identity and academic fields are managed by staff. Contact editing depends on academy settings and your role.
