Share course files through reviewed publication
- Select the eligible course-library files.
- Review their publication and availability dates.
- Use Publish reviewed files when ready.
- Use the supported unpublish action when access should be withdrawn.
What happens next
Eligible learners can access the files under their course and publication rules.
Troubleshooting
This is course-file publication, not a public share link for arbitrary private files. Completed-course access can use retained editions and differs from current active-course access.
