Before you start
Use your own account. Parent access requires a verified guardian relationship, an accepted invitation, the relevant category grants and an eligible child context.
Check a child’s schedule and attendance
- Choose the authorized child context.
- Open the relevant tab and set its date filters.
- Review the scheduled classes or recorded attendance.
- Contact the academy about an incorrect or missing record.

You can inspect the child information available under the selected link.
Troubleshooting
Schedule and attendance are separate grants. Course and campus eligibility also affect visibility; parent access is not a way to bypass ended enrolment.
