Who can use this: Authorized academy administrators; account owners for subscription actions.
Before you start
Only change the settings within your role. Subscription billing is separate from student fee collection.
Review subscription usage and manage a plan
- Review the current subscription, usage and any limits or pending change.
- Compare the plan options displayed for your account.
- Use Subscribe, Upgrade, Downgrade or Resolve payment only when authorized and intended.
- Complete the supplied billing flow and check the resulting subscription status back in the academy.
What happens next
The account owner can review the subscription and complete an available plan action.
Troubleshooting
Use the current Billing page for prices and allowances instead of a copied table in help. Student invoices and parent payment proofs do not pay the AcademySystem subscription.
