Reporting uses released evidence under the subject’s policy. The reporting calculation can be stricter than the LMS course overall.
Inspect reporting evidence and resolve missing marks
- Open the subject’s evidence view for the pupil and cycle.
- Review the included assessments, prior-period evidence and any incomplete items. Correct or release the source marks in their own workflow where appropriate.
- Refresh the evidence and prepare a result only after the required inputs are complete, or use an explicitly permitted and reasoned exception.
What happens next
The result is based on the evidence and policy shown for that pupil and subject.
Troubleshooting
Missing, unreleased, absent or excused scored evidence does not silently become zero or get renormalized away. Numeric percentages are rounded to two decimals before band selection. Check evidence rules when a report differs from the LMS overall.
