Link a lesson to a timetable session
Who can use this: Teachers and staff with access to the course.
Before you start
The lesson and class session must be available in your teaching scope. Lesson delivery records do not mark student attendance.
Link a lesson to a timetable session
- Open the lesson’s timetable links and select the appropriate session.
- Record it as Planned while preparing. When teaching is complete, choose the published edition actually delivered and record it as Delivered.
- Add private delivery notes if needed. Remove an incorrect planned link through its removal action.
What happens next
Staff can distinguish planned teaching from the lesson edition delivered in a class.
Troubleshooting
Use Student attendance to mark attendance separately. If a session is missing, check the course, campus, timetable and teaching access. Do not choose a later edition as evidence of content taught earlier.
