Add a tutor summary to a complete report
Who can use this: Assigned reporting staff with the relevant permissions.
Before you start
You need the applicable cohort tutor responsibility. The tutor summary is optional unless your school has a separate working practice requiring it.
Add a tutor summary to a complete report
- Open the pupil’s report preparation or the Edit tutor summary link from Complete reports.
- Enter and save the summary for the correct pupil and cycle.
- Review the summary alongside the approved subjects when submitting the complete report edition.
What happens next
The optional tutor text becomes part of the complete edition being reviewed.
Troubleshooting
In a reviewed workflow, another authorized cohort reviewer must review content you prepared. Staff review feedback is separate from the tutor text intended for the family.
